missing local labels

I wanted to have a problem that I can't solve: When I try to bring a local label out of the room itself using the direct line, the camps will get rid of only question marks. I remember that in old versions of revit this did not happen.
is it possible to remedy this inconvenience, since you cannot scale the labels?

I solved simply by deleting the old label "disobedient" and inserting a new one. However, the mystery of such behavior remains. . .
