Meanwhile thank you for the answer. the problem is that I can go in nn tools as you can see from the image. I can only use the command line. I also tried to uninstall it and install it again but nn has changed nothing . thanks again and good Sunday.

try to delete all the files that are in the path below specified
instead of????? you should find the name of your computer


c:\users\???? ? \appdata\roaming\dassaultsystemes\catsettings
