I have a fixed f connection on the frame and a second fitting on a pneumatic cylinder moving from a to b.
Obviously if I model the tube with length ago, when I move in fb (or in intermediate zones) the tube remains unleashed.
being a demand only aesthetics I do not have the necessities that the length of the tube remains equal.

you have to make the pipe adaptive:
the easiest thing to do is to make a starting sketch to create the tube "projecting" e.g. a diameter of the fitting f,
do the same for the final sketch of the tube, project a diameter from the fitting on the cylinder
then take the path of the tube with a 3d sketch and sweep.
the pipe becomes adaptive and will change with the movements
