modeling for matrix

Hello, everyone.
I'm trying to shape a pull matrix, but with poor results.
the dimensions are b=12.75 mm, l=16 mm, d=27 mm, m=1 mm, alpha=2°, gamma=15°, delta =25° and phid1=21 mm.
I can't create the hexagonal "hole" sweep.
Can someone please help me?

and why do you use the sweep function?
a normal extrusion + deform?
