I would need one to have at home to make me 3d models, axioms and boards... for personal use, not professional, to make me work. it would be useful that it had the possibility to import and export in .stp / .igs formats for example.

free comes to mind freecad but is very limited for the use you want to make. I can advise you otherwise zw3d cad that is a parametric modeler of solids and surfaces that reads and writes directly the 3d models from catia, nx, creo, solidworks, solid edge, inventor, jt, step, iges, dwg, parasolid, dxf, stl, table, obj, etc. are aside because I resell it but sometimes amaze me that the version lite link I hope it's good evening.

freecad is completely free...and does almost everything. Of course it's evolving so there's evidence to do.

with freecad you can model single parts, multibody parts, assemblies, there are bolt bookcases and bearings, there is the workbench for piping and structural elements, you do the fem analysis, tabled with two different modules, architectural module, special modules for gears, folded sheet and development and much more.

great differences of procedures....for basic things are not very different from solidworks....just take your hand.
