Hey, guys.
a friend of mine asked me how to make a modified atmosphere plant to preserve bread coming out of an industrial oven. I am not practical with layout, I would need to have useful info to give it straight and above all realization costs, machines etc.
the bread comes out and must be cooled, put in atm to make it more durable over time.
