mold tooling design: problema con skin forato

I have already written on this forum a few days ago to solve a problem related to Moldova tooling design and initially seemed to have settled. But today I have experienced a cold shower. .
When I try to cut the cavityplate with the cavitysurface, surface apparently closed in my opinion, catia tells me that the cutting operation cannot be carried out because of a hole.. and the hole is highlighted where there can be no holes, or on the outer edge. (identical what when I go to cut choreplate with choresurface). I also tried to eliminate the piece of surface that gave me these problems but the operation still cuts not part. These small things are blocking me, even because I can't understand what my mistake is, so thank you very much in advance to those who know where I'm wrong

the file to open is Moldovaedproduct, whereas the piece is Moldovaedpart_reviewed.

I don't know the module, but I think it depends on the fact that the outer edge of the cavitysurface is inside the cavityplate, so the features can't completely cut the solid

Of course, sometimes error messages are not exactly examples of clarity. . .
in this case the message speaks of a hole and we expect it inside, instead the error refers to the outside of the surface that being incomplete does not cut all the solid

increases the diameter so that it exits the mold.
