molding project: intermediate sprout

I'm also working on the mechanical technology project and so we did the molding study. I tell you that it is impossible that you return a coefficient less than 1 because as you say it would be even an easier form than the initial one! check to have taken area of the section south piano di bava and always perimeter of that section... I have these values calculated them with solidworks and I have a halved form factor compared to the final shape but cmq greater than 1 as it must be. If you want to post us some pictures of the drawings so we understand better.. .

is a asymmetric piece the area and the perimeter are calculated in Axial section or no?now I can not post the image cmq also I did the calculations on solidworks and I come xf=18,1 and xc=18.7 p.s we are also colleagues study ing mecc a pisa
