I recently installed a new video card and changed the monitor.
at the start of the PC the monitor is not detected, you feel the 3 classic bip of peripheral lack, but at the start of windows everything normally starts.
the problem is that I can't access settings and bios
I tried to connect a second monitor but nothing.
configuration:
so: win 10 pro
monitor: hp m24f fhd
graphics card: nvidia picture m4000 with 4 port display
monitor has a hdmi/dp adaptor
video drivers are up to date
what could depend on?
