motorization choice

Sorry love I need a help for calculation power absorbed for a cart on 4 wheel gorges diameter 200mm of which 2 drive with a load of 2400kg, speed of displacement 14 m/min. 4 pole motor with inverter.
what engine power to choose?

What's wrong with you? Don't you even know where to start?

do you know that demag has the software online to choose the motorization of carts, cranes etc?

But you showed up somewhere before you asked for "ready pipe"?

calculation for trolley 4 wheels with 2 motorized only on the front axle. this in quite clean environment. However it does not require inverter if you find the suitable reduction ratio.

for the record.. .
motor gear = flanged reducer to accommodate direct connection with motor

then a 4 pole with nominal power 0.55kw.

if you use gearboxes and bonfiglioli motors you can use a pendulum gearbox series f and from catalog you will find a f253 65.3 p80 bn80a4 so you have a motor and a gearbox suitable for your work.
