move main axle terna

I apologize in advance for the insulated question.. .here is the piece in question:http://i46.tinypic.com/10q9t79.jpgI was asked to change the piece so that the origin of the main axle plate coincides with the tip while currently it is on the back floor.

is there a quick way to either move the main axle or move the whole piece directly??(without having to manipulate every single component! ! )

you have to use the command from axis to axis- see attached image-
creates a new axle, at the desired point, invokes the
command, select the part and select the old reference of the part and the new axis system created for the move- et voilà....

I understand that prcoedment is only good for partdesign.. .

in the case of product already assembled how could I do? ?

excuse the intromission but in caia v5 r17 this command does not exist? If I find him? I would be very comfortable. .
