Good morning, I ask for a moment of patience.
on autocad 2012 is it possible to somehow activate a snap at origin (the zero of the ucts in short)?
if I design a profile in any location and then I have to move it to the origin as is the shortest road?
the command moves then.. Why do you always do it for me? how do I insert the absolute coordinates for the move (without @ in practice)?
Thank you:

in autocad you have two symbols:
@ relative coordinates
# absolute coordinates compared to global ucs

as to the profile, if it is a block, insert it directly with the coordinate #0,0

because you're probably using dynamic input. you can disable it with f11 (I think...) or you can change the default settings and tell it to use the absolute coordinates

if you use dynamic input coordinates are by default relative (to use those Asteed use #
if you do not use dynamic input the coordinates are by default Asteed (to use those relative usa @)
[F12] to activate/disable the relative input

bye bye
