no on mastercam 9 there is no function moves origin, they inserted it in the ver x3 the only way x move the origin is to translate the particular!! I recommend you to activate all the levels before carrying out a translation because if x case you have already made of the processing isd you have profiles at some level not active, it becomes a casino! !

it seems to me that in version 9 sp2 you can move origin with wcs on the page of the origins, in the post if set well will exit the function trans x= y= z= for example for the siemens.

you can go to the parameter operations page then activate the c/l plan and move
the origin by inserting the new xyz coordinates

definitely all these methods work , but they are not real traslations of origin as in the case of having to work the piece using other planes (type 4 or 5 axes), you have to pay attention in creating the new plans, you have to create them relative to the translated plan otherwise on the cam still works everything then on the cnc feel a patattrack!!!for this I prefer to work with the origins to zero and move the whole piece in space!!! !

manually after creating the post a g52 that I can delete in
any time within the program without translating the design
