multiplier reduction

hello to all, I have long been writing on this forum and I must say that sometimes I have been very helpful and I hope so much that it is also this time.
My problem is this:
I would like to know how I can do to multiply the 10 laps that come out of a gearbox with a parallel axle ratio 1/25 and bring them to 300.

by rhyme what, the smartest solution as returns is to eliminate the main reducer and mount a turn multiplier immediately, perhaps with toothed belt.
if you just can't do without keeping the reducer with reduction ratio 25 you will need to mount an output spin multiplier to it but you will lose in performance and inertia as well as waste gears to reduce then multiply a little more than you have reduced.

another alternative is to throw everything and see if with an inverter you can adjust the operating system of the motor maintaining the torque.
