multiscatter

Hello, everyone!

I read and searched in the various discussions hoping for an answer that would solve my problem but I found nothing. being new I hope to have written on the right page.
I have a problem:
I have installed multiscatter, plugin for vegetation. I use 3ds max 2013 64 bit and I have installed vray version adv 2.30.01. the version of mutliscatter that I installed is 1.1.09d and is compatible with 3ds max 2013.
in the multiscatter panel I have all the standard options, it seems all working. but when I go to make it comes out a notice where it is written that my vray version does not support multiscatter. I'm absolutely sure the versions are compatible as a friend of mine has the same versions as both programs.

Help me solve this arcane! :

before posting here have you already tried to contact the manufacturer? here none of us has, unfortunately, the magic wand. If it works on your partner's pc, I assume it's a problem related to your machine but what an arcane will remain for us too. heard directly with the developers, do first
