municipal practice with revit

Good morning to all,
I would like to present a completely made municipal project with revit but I have met with problems "apparently simple" and I ask for help for this:
1. how to change a raster image contour without climbing content (community extracts inserted in the layout)
2. how to insert a table excel (ref. the dear old "ole object" of autocad).
I did not find these arguments in previous discussions, but in case I was wrong, I apologize and thank those who would like to indicate the link.

for all imported graphics/images, the crop must be preset before importing. otherwise, we must proceed by means of "scale"
importing excel/word tables should be implemented with 2011.
for now they can be imported by:
- transformation of the table into an image file, and successful import into revit
- reconstructed in revit, and by importing the table data with ctrl+c and ctrl+v
