the Ministry of Economic Development, with the decree of 19 March 2013 published on g.u. n. 83 of 9 April, defined the methods of implementation and operational management of in-pec, the national index of certified email addresses of enterprises and professionals. the list is divided into two sections called “business section” and “professional section”.
access to in-pec is allowed to public administrations, professionals, businesses, managers or public service providers and all citizens through the telematic portal that can be consulted without authentication

Don't be pessimistic! and even disfatist: if you activate the settaggio that your pec can receive only from other pec boxes you will get only spam_pec!

excuse, as usual we tend to consider ourselves the measure of the world, and I more than others do not escape this rule!
