I would recommend a stp: the companies between professionals (stp) allows to go beyond the usual formula of the associate study, aggregating also members enrolled to different professional bodies or even not enrolled at all (unless their contribution is reserved exclusively for technical performance or investments). in force since April 2013, stp is regulated by the stability law 2012 (l. 183/2011), from 27/2012 and from d.m. 34/2013. the first operating instructions were provided by the foundation studies of the consultants of the work, with circular n. 6 of 29 May 2013 (downloads the regulation for the stp), further clarification on the companies among professionals were then provided in March 2014 with the publication of faqs on the effects of the reform of the professions.
