new command from

the command "new from" is very annoying because the catpart to replicate must not be loaded.
if this is the case, you must close the file that contains it, and often it is the catproduct on which you work.
Is there a system to remedy this trouble?

Hello I usually to overcome the problem open another caty session and do new file from here...

It doesn't seem like a brilliant solution.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
