new custom menu

Good morning
since I want not to use the main menu bar, I would like to know if you can create a new custom menu that contains all the open files (actually like the "window")

to the eye and cross I would say no, to get the list of open dwg you have to scan the documents property and through a cycle extract the list of dwg, it takes a combobox to choose which dwg make current, in short, a lot of stuff. I look for it and if I find something, I'll let you know.
