new pc advice for autocad

Good morning, everyone. I should buy a new pc to draw with autocad full.
my needs are only the design 2d and very little 3d (almost ever).
since the minimum requirements on the official website autodesk report a processor with frequency of at least 3 ghz I would like to know: the frequency in question both in the case of intel and amd processors is that base or that turbo. to understand us in the case of i5 10400 which has the base to 2.9 and the maximum turbo of 4.3 (official site of intel) what should be considered? with Ryzen is worth the same reasoning?
what processor do you recommend me with a total budget of 700/750 euros for the entire system?
I would have rated: i5 10400 / i5 10500 / ryzen 5 3600 / ryzen 5 2600 / ryzen 7 2700 and a graphics card nvidia gtx 1650.
I currently work pretty well with an i3 to 3.4ghz and a 2gb graphics card.

autocad generally uses few cores, in a modern cpu at least 2 cores are always at max, so it is not a problem.
excluding the render, a very common 4 core goes more than well, an i5 or even better a ryzen from 1600 up are far too much stuff.
for the graphics card, my opinion, looks for a used rx580 4gb, costs little and makes so much.

So would a ryzen 2600 or i5 10400 be good?

Both are fine, I would propend for the ryzen and a motherboard a520, one day you can pass to the cpu series 5000.
