now we would like to update and contact 2 ptc retailers
both told us that the program we use no longer exists
the problem is that one said that it was replaced by creo direct
the other said he was replaced by creo parametric who is right?

It's from version 15 or 16 that works like that.
I don't know if it's more scary than programmers or commercial greed...

but do you mean that string from geek programmers to write in the i/o window? I tried to use it, but the result is not easy to interpret. ...

instead of giving me some lagnose, take the cue from this forum to call Mr. Modeling and tell what's wrong.... the (self)critical spirit is what brought Western civilization to the greatest successes. :finger:
