no curtain opening by clicking the right mouse button

Good morning to all, I am an engineering student, I am doing the magisterial thesis at a company that made me available ansys and create parametric. As I create I have never used it in my life, I am performing the tutorials provided with the program but I have some problem, at some point it tells me to click the right mouse button and to select the reference systems from the curtain that you should open, to me this curtain does not open, nothing happens just when I click the button.

to be more precise I am performing the tutorial 1, that of the piston. At one point he tells me to create a sketch, select the appropriate plans and axes and create it. when opening the sketch window I have to bend the right mouse button.

good morning to all, after days of frustration I solved the ark, you have to hold down at least two seconds. I don't know if it's normal but that's how it works!
