non-common printing problem

Hi.
use solidworks 2010.
I press that I used it for about six months and I've always been able to properly print my boards.
Something's happened in the last two days of inexplicable.
I try to make myself understand... .

I open a table, perfect print preview, mold and from the printer the drawing without quotas with the texts of the cartiglio but not the square of the format and without the logo of the cartiglio (image).
Then I try to overcome the problem by printing in pdf, the preview is ok, mold and I print everything except the logo of the cart.
a further problem is that the printer is set in color but the 3d model me the black white mold.

on the printer's pop up detail choose the set page menu, and you should find them what they do to your case.
