non profit association seeks volunteers to draw open source notebooks

as a non-profit association "power progress community" , we are all volunteers,
we would like to make together with mechanical volunteers cad 3d
an open hardware notebook chassis
so that it remains available to all open hardware projects born from below, starting from the Italian ones.
In order to prevent technology companies from being delocalized and that small companies can also access know-how to produce hardware and technology.
