using the various software of the manufacturers of pneumatic components (festo, smc, etc.), I calculated that our machine, rounding, consumes 300 lt/min of compressed air at 6 bar per cycle (1,500 lt/min for the 5 cycles/min that will do).
But the customer asks me the data in nlt/min, how do I calculate it?
Moreover, on another machine always powered at 6 bar, we have an air blow inside a tube with internal ø 2 mm to 0.3 bar regulated by a pressure gauge that lasts 5 seconds. What will your consumption be?
