not properly exported/imported on autocad

Hello.

When I save the table inventor as dwg exports, the notes with director I place them all up and far from where I originally fixed them.
I don't know if it's a problem in exporting to dwg or opening with autocad.
Do you have any idea why this happens?

when you export a dwg in the options below dx opens this window.
this option must be selected.
