not working dynamic display

Good morning to all, last week in company updated our old pro-e 3.0 license with creo 2.0 and replaced the old workstation with a new one.
to all it works all correctly, while to me it does not work dynamic display, in practice crushing the central key (brother) the model does not rotate me.
the button not only works with creo, with other programs it works fine.
I also tried to replace the mouse with other 3, the result does not change, while if I try my mouse on another of the new pcs it works fine.

verify that in the settings of the mouse or windows program, the central key is set just as a central button and not as other functions (type scroll or other).

done everything as you said and more.. .
nothing, the only way to make it work was to restore the system right after installing creo 2.0. now it all works properly.
