I was trying to make myself standard annotations to put into the table.
annotations containing only text have no problems pressing the ctrl key I put them in the library I give them a name and everything works.
Unless inside the anotation I insert a symbol of form like wrinkle, this annotation only works in the drawing in which it was created and if I try to recall it in another design puts me, instead of the symbol of wrinkle, interrupted connection error.

I made a table with the link on the desktop and I put all the annotations I don't have in the library. When I need something, I open it and then I cover and take off what I need.

I therefore deduce that if there are symbols in the annotations these cannot be inserted in the library.
I tried to create the annotation by placing it in a block but the scale factor behaves abnormally and if I explode the symbols are no longer changeable.
so far I copied them from an existing design
