numbering elements

Good morning, I would like to know if someone knows the existence of some plugins in mvba to number components, consisting of a text, a circle containing the text and a director with arrow, or something similar.

yes exists, or rather it is possible, but it was a plugin made by a computer for the company where I worked at the time; I doubt I can recover it after about 10 years.
I don't think that's so impossible.
However there is, in basic microstation, the command to put a numbered text that you auto update of 1, obviously without darts and you look for.
If you write 10 ok will be 10, but next time will be 11, 12, 13.......... etc. etc.
Don't ask me what this command is and what it's called because I don't remember it.
