nx 8.5 - testi menu

Good morning, we just installed nx 8.5.
someone can tell me how to remove texts
inside the icon-menu?

you have two possibilities:
1) use one of the predefined 'roles', like the 'advanced with full menu' (I use nx in English)
2) on each toolbar perform customization as the second part of the attached image
