in December 2009 the oat filed extraordinary appeal to the president of the republic against and for the annulment of the paid albo established by the Piedmont region for the holding of the list of the enabled to the activity of the energy certification of the buildings. the appeal was submitted in the conviction that it cannot be accepted by the Piedmont region the establishment of a new professional albo and the imposition of an annual registration fee for the exercise of an implicit activity in the competences of subjects who exercise it under the obligation of enrollment to another professional albo provided by the applicable norms (at least of architects, engineers...).
by decree of the president of the republic 12 January 2011 the appeal was accepted regarding the imposition of the charge previewed for the inscription to such albo, and the partial annulment of the deliberation of the regional junta establishing it has been decreed.
