a greeting to all friends of the forum of cad3d.
as the object are taking the stage exams.... of my daughter!
should make a model of his idea for which 2 pieces are not available with "home" techniques and for which we have made 2 models in rhino to evaluate the realization with numerical control milling or even with any other technique that cad3d experts will want to suggest.
It's obviously an aesthetic model. I suggested the milling of a block of polystyrene, polystyrene or something similar, painted.
or you could also think of stereolitography assuming that both pieces have a thickness of a few millimeters (and are therefore cables).
all the suggestions are well accepted and if there is someone who wants to pass from the suggestion to the offer you put a hand on the conscience and write me if you want an mp.
Thank you all.
(I attach 2 rhino files of objects to be made)

You're right, there they are.
if someone needs a different format (exportable from rhino) let me know.
See you soon.

is anyone interested?
I add that the pieces are small (about 420x260x260mm).
in the prototypal area 420 x 260 x 260 are not exactly "contended" measures, we talk about a lot of money.
That's why I think you have a few feedback:)

I'm sorry, but choking a resin block costs so much? What do you mean, money? (just to understand, yes).

I do not talk about milling but stereolitography or rapid prototyping generally
on pieces of that size exceeds without pounding the 1000 €

Yes, if we talk about stereolitography, I think you're totally right.
But I would settle for a nice block of resin (or polystyrene or similar) fried cnc that, given the purpose, should be feasible at a little more human cost.
There are no subsquadra, the pieces are cut without having to reposition them. . .

Anyway thank you for the answer.:finger:

the cheapest solution is the max density polystyrene
you must find on the web "models in polystyrene" lombardia or Piedmont
Thank you very much

Thank you shiren,
I contacted a laboratory in milan and they proposed precisely the cnc milling of resin and the thermoforming sp1.5mm (for the part with the bust) on a model also milled.
I will spend around 300€.

and buy a cheap 3d printer and do it yourself?
Perhaps at first you spend twice or less, but the printer remains:)
