open all blocks at once

hello to all, premett that I am new and do not know if this is the right area to ask a question.
I use autocad 2007 and I would need help. .
If in a drawing I have different details made as blocks and want to open all the blocks together for (e.g.) move all a view as you can do?
with the editor and with mod rif I can't.
I remember that in autocad 14 I think there was a command that allowed to do it, but it's been a few years and I don't remember anymore. . .

What do you mean to move everything to a view? You want to create a single block?

No.. I meant, imagine having a total of three, four pieces each with the three classic views. each piece (then with the three vstes) is a block to itself, if you want to move for example the view to the plant currently open (with the editor or with the local reference change) every detail and move the view to the plant. I open the second, move and so on.

I remembered that there was the possibility of a command that "opens" all the blocks so as to move the views to the plant of all the details with only one move.
but I don't remember the command stylus
