open drop-down menu with the right mouse button

Good day to all!
I hope I wrote in the right place. . .

I would need a hand...
I have two problems:

1. the command moves, I usually select the object to move and then with the keyboard insert the command moves, today I started working and at some point it does not make me do it anymore. had already happened and I had entered a few codes in the command line. . .
Does anyone fly them?? ?

2. drop-down menu, I set the user preferences of the mouse, when I untie an object and pop the right button no longer opens the drop-down menu... always questions of codes? ?

Are you on autocad?

check that pickfirst is 1 for the first point

for the secretion point check on preferences (_options -> preferences) if the box is checked for the context menu by right click
