optimal pay calculation

Good morning.
I am 31 years old, I work in the province of praise. I am free professional with game iva. I do design. I was working for a company in my area, a carpentry shop. for this firm I should be an internal consultant, work even more than 8 hours, sometimes with trips even more days or weekends. Of course all expenses are paid separately (except hotels and trips).
I was asked to propose an indicative figure, since the company had an internal employee who quit and has no idea how much an external consultant could cost.
As far as work is concerned, obviously there are no problems, but in order to define a monthly amount to be invoiced to this firm I have difficulties. you want because I have always had relationships of lavoor and not so coninuative, you want because it is difficult to understand a priori exactly how long it will be.
I have searched on the internet and I believe that a work of this kind can be cataloged as product manager or boss but I have no idea what figures can take who does this profession as an employee and consequently I cannot estimate a reasonable amount to be anticipated.
I hope you can help me or maybe point out some site or document that may indicate something.
I want to point out that the estimate is difficult even because if I ask too much, obviously I do not have the job, but if I ask too little it seems almost a lack of professionalism. I repeat, work is not a problem, I have already done it in the past and for several years, but with invoices made to more companies and in times longer than one month only. If I had to rely on the figures of the past years, it results in a very high monthly figure for the customer I'm dealing with.

It seems to me that I have understood that I am moving from a relationship with an independent invoice to an employee. the two statuses are very different and I do not think it is correct to rely only on the monthly income. . .

the self-employed worker if sneezes you have to worry, must pay the pension (which will always be very low), has no leave and permits.. .

as an employee the monthly figure has more everything listed above. long go, until the day you will have to retire, a salary that seems low will appear to you in its right amount.

So, for me, you can't shoot big figures, otherwise, but maybe you like more? - you will stay with service bills to multiple companies. . .

by employee you look for the corresponding national collective contract and in it you will find the categories, minimum wages, indications on payment of transfers and meals. you can assert your experience or set goals and thus put commissions/priorities.

If you are not enrolled, please note that the engineers' lobby has an internal regulation fixing the hourly rates and all the calculation of the pay by indicating whether you are a general consultant, a concept or a supreme manager.

the remuneration of a boss varies greatly depending on the size of the company, the benefits and the product/project that is managed.

for those that are my knowledge of the wood sector are not many companies that need managers of orders other than those in which there is much engineering (structural wood, nautical..).

returning to the role and speaking of gross a full time employee could be around 45,000 - 50,000 euros/year plus a part of variable (10- 15%) linked to the objectives (usually respecting the times and margins of the contract). You will hardly be able to exceed 60,000 euros.

If the transfers are very frequent you could ask for a company car, which is a great benefit..
