other program to upload file lisp

Hi, I have to load a lisp that creates a design, unfortunately I have autocad lt is know that it is not compatible, you know if there is another design program (preferably free) even of poor quality on which you can load the lisp?

progecad made a freeware of the 2008 version if I don't remember badly, for personal use.
