I imagine the 100 mm are identified starting from the edge of the plate?

from anywhere you mix 100mm you will have to respect that tolerance.

If I mix 100 mm from one point to the centr of the plate must be respected the tolerance per hour I imagine for example.
I do not understand the difference between indicating 0.008/100 and simply indicating 0.008 in this case.
