parameterizing sketches

Good morning to all,
working in the field of robotics I need to create sketches on customer 3d designs to identify rotation centers for the handling and programming of the robot.
as soon as I give an example.

My question is:
can you "parameterize" these sketches and make them create automatically, so that you should not create them all??(They are about 40 models, and are 36 sketches per model ) ...I press that the number of these points for programming (by model) is constant, changing positions and dimensions.

can parameterize the sketches through a link to a Table and managing the various models with configurations.
