parametric wall following trajectory

hello to all
I'm practically crazy
I have to make a curved wall having variable section creating a sinusoid
I attach a tutorial that I found on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnkd0lyqx3mthe problem and that the guy at some point creates a new family and adds parameters that I have no idea where they come from
5.23.
I also thought of dynamo but there is no explanation of how to make walls.
if someone has an idea of how to make a wall by following a trajectory where it is possible to change the shape of the section in various points exactly like the attached tutorial.

in practice, with the adaptive masses, an extrusion on the path is obtained.
The control parameters are derived from the reference planes to the profile (section), while on the path the distances (from the reference plans) are covered to the control/manipulation points inserted on the path.
