parchment leggio

hi guys, I have to make a manual system to run a parchment (of precious material), and I don't like to do to get a functional and beautiful thing to see....I thought of two rollers spaced "x" one from the other, but the problem that I pose and that when I turn or wind I have to keep the "nastro" in tension and being fine I can certainly not burden the tensions on the same. if the rollers were synchronous that makes the tape loose? ? ?
Do you have anything to recommend? ? a system like the sun curtains that are located in the offices that maintain positions how they work? ?

Hello ettore,
You could put a synchronous belt, teeth like car distribution. then you have to see aesthetically how to hide it. Pretensions slightly holding one of the two reels in the quarry and then the strap you put it in tension with a strap (3° intermediate roller).

the sun curtains do not wrap on two rollers. there is a rope with a spring brake system that keeps the rope of the curtain in the desired position.

If I don't think of any solution, however, I point out that in principle synchronizing the 2 reels is not good, since at first there would be a roller from which the parchment takes place which has a diameter greater than the one in which it wraps. then half the length the diameter of the 2 reels will be equal, then reverse the situation as you move forward with the winding.

in a few words, at first it would be wrapped less parchment than it does ( loosening), in half the length would be equal (stable situation) and in the end it would envelop more than it comes out from the roll of conduct (tension).
therefore it would not be possible to have the scroll always well spread on the leggìo and indeed there would be serious risks of ruining it towards the end of the process.

and the thing is so much more accentuated as long the strip to wrap/wind.
