part color changes together

good morning to all, model a part does not leave the default color, when I put the part in a set, this is displayed with u different color, someone knows how to tell me why and where to touch, to see also together the same color of the part that I have in the aprte file?? ? ?

Right-click where I indicated you with the red arrow and then remove appearance.
