parts as reference in separate trashed at table

having the need not to list certain components in separate material, in the axieme just click with the button dx -> properties -> exclude from the distinct material and the game is done.

However, similarly to inventor, I would like that even in the table of the assieme the components excluded from the distinct seemed to me treated to indicate precisely, that they are there, but only as reference, but I did not understand how to do.

I solved by clicking the dx button on the part in the drawing and choosing "character of the component line" I put the dotted line and so they were treated, but it seems to me a little bit windy.

with inventor just choose "reference" on the component, and besides excluding it from the distinct, it also puts it in the table automatically.

Do you know if you can get the same with some command I don't know?

It's something I've been looking for, too, used to the similar function of solid edge. the serious thing is that even if you see a part with dotted fonts, swx still considers them present, so a part that stands behind a reference part will still be hidden and then displayed with dotted line.

It seems to me to remember that the only one is to use your method, or use the envelope function in the environment together, and that is to add the parts you want to see dotted on the table, as envelope and not as real geometries.

you use the envelope option. is intended to show stretch along two indents, limiting geometries but without putting them apart. is the standard method.

you can give everything in the same table or on second sheet of the same file. you must first set the configurations together. solidworks does everything....just be helped by the guide if they have doubts.
