pattern of holes on cylindrical surface at different angles

Good morning to all,
First I introduce myself as it is the first fly I write on this forum; my name is jacopo and I am a mechanical designer with the first weapons.
as from title I wanted to know if there was the possibility with pro-e wf5 or with creo-3 to create a pattern of holes with different angles on a cylindrical surface.
I tried to do the following:
- sketch with geometric points placed on the top of the cylinder at the desired angles;
- passing axis for a point and normal to the sup. of the cylinder;
- hole on the sup. centered on the axis;
- pattern point

the problem is that when I go to perform the pattern all the holes in the series come with axis parallel to that of the first hole and not normal to the surface of the cylinder as it should be; it is as if the axes of the series remained normal to the sup at the first point and not at the point through which they pass.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you very much in advance
jacopo

Cattura.webpI'll attach the creo3 file.
I used a revolution and a series through table that controls the angle that forms the hole axis compared to a passing reference plan for the cylinder axis.

Hello, thank you very much. I tried but I had problems with some patterns instances that failed me given the complexity of geometry. at the end I created the geometry of surfaces and then I used the special paste to rotate them; once rotated I solidified removed material.
