hello to all I am new and thank you for the welcome in the forum:wink:
I have deleted with gimp a bit of manufactured parts in a pdf file, now I have inserted the modified pdf file in autocad 2013 to work on it and finish my job,the problem is that the program so goes really slow, the pdf weighs 3 mega it is possible that you slow me so much? you have some advice on how to lighten the pdf, not losing quality.maybe something I mistake or there is a simpler method.thanks.

with pdf is slow "default", you should turn it into jpg or better still in png (if you need transparency).

ah ok thank you though hoping not to lose in resolution, png I think it is good.
another question already that there are, can you please tell me if there is a command to view or not view the image (pdf or other formats)?
thanks:wink:

the resolution is what you impose in the phase of "print" from pdf, just keep that of origin.

to not display images come to mind these methods:
1) Turn off the layer on which they are placed (banal)
2) from property set no in the box "show image"
3) hideobjects command to hide them
