pdm pe2

Good morning.
Does anyone know/use the pdm in question?
could you describe me with good news and flaws or any other useful information about the program and its daily use?

I used it a few months in the previous job, before I used pe3 always of the cdm but that it is based on oracle and not java, the main defect that comes to mind regarding pe3 is the greater rigidity in the management of the bookcase, always those of the cdm, for example to insert new screws, not yet saved in the database, we had to lodge with user of the head office and then in pe2 any object could be transformed into the library object
I believe that very depend on customizations, but if you ask more specific questions I can try to give more precise answers.
