physically move archive

Good morning.
I currently took in hand the archive drawings of the company x which I work. was previously created by an external designer and sincerely is very confused, with parts nn actually inserted in the machine and with folders containing multiple versions of the same together. I want to copy in another path the machines with "definitives" the assemblies, the parts and the puts at the table by subdividing each machine with subfolders. e.g. "press x" with subfolders:
together press
closing group
injection unit
base group
doing the pack and go destinating the files in the under folder "assieme press" puts everything together in the same folder and from here I know how to move the various groups in their respective folders. Obviously I want to completely undelete myself from the files of the previous created archive.
So I ask you once I pack and go how can I move files to subfolders?
otherwise I ask what is the best way to copy the archive and subdivid the machines into subfolders with the least number of possible steps?

Thank you.

Okay, done. It is a good solution only that so doing keeps me the old division into subfolders. How do I split files by following my storage method?
Can I move multiple parts / assemble to the same destination folder with just one step? because if from windows select files and with the right mouse click on solidworks->sposta only copy 1 file at a time.

an orthodox method is to move everything to folders as you want, then open the side files and then the files together; In this way, they upload the parts they find open and save the new address.
if there are references between the various files may be a rognose process, but if you do not find a file, just refer to the new address
