If the purpose is to replicate it in sheet metal in my opinion is impossible.
the fold where you want to do it is impossible to create with sheet metal tools.
if it is simply a relief you must act with surfaces and thickening.

Thank you very much. I followed your advice. I folded part and came, I had to change some things of the part but great suggestion. Thank you. I also talked to the workshop and they think about it. thanks to the precious suggestions.
