This is the method I would use, in a simple way.
The cuts I made you like they were a saw.
If you cut instead from flat plate (laser), then calandri and saldi, the geometries change in the cutting area.
just change the options in the cut feature itself.
made with wf4.

Following this advice everything went well, there's a problem: I have to spy on all these parts so I will have so many drawing boards for every single part (multiplicate for the parts of the elbow tube and still multiplied for all the elbows that I find in the system... I let you imagine what a mess....); so here is my question: Is there a way that allows me to get all the spyings of a part all grouped in a single file(single table)?

Yes, you can insert multiple models into one table.
when you are in drawing, right-click in a blank point of drawing >properties>addition templates (and go to select the models you want to insert).
