hi, after doing a nonlinear analysis and conducting the structure to collapse, how do you view the plastic mechanism?
then I have to create animation to show the progressive plasticization of the section, how do we proceed?

I think we have to make a graph with the point that has maximum shift in relation to the plastic multiplier of the load. the peek function allows you to locate the point that has the maximum shift. remember to consider the right direction: if your load increases it in direction x considers dx shifts if instead consider it in direction y vice versa. after you have identified the point you can represent the chart. I did so: vs result houses, on position I put the check point, and then select the load case of interest. I hope I've been helpful and writing right things.
